Limited Product Warranty:
Unless otherwise specified, Spyder Controls Corp. products are warrantied for ONE YEAR from date of purchase.
This warranty does not include consumable items or products or parts specified to contain no warranty or to contain a shorter warranty period.
Warranty shall be void if products are not installed by qualified personnel, for their designed application and intended purpose, and in a manner consistent with any instructions and applicable industry standards.
Spyder Controls Corp. shall, at is sole discretion, be able to refuse a warranty claim for any product which has been abused, installed incorrectly, over torqued, used for any reason other than its design use, been subjected to any fluids or adverse environments, been subjected to abnormal voltage or current, or used in any way which is inconsistent with intended or designed product use.
Spyder Controls shall not be liable for any claims arising from the mis-use of its products, and shall not be liable to any third party whatsoever with regard to damage, consequential damage, or loss of use.
All warranties shall be in writing, and effective at the date the product was purchased. No other warranty is provided, expressed or implied.

Return Policy:
Please be sure that you are ordering the correct part(s) as items ordered from the web store cannot be returned for any reason other than for warranty due to a manufacturers defect or failure of Spyder Controls to provide the correct part that was ordered. We strongly recommend that thorough troubleshooting be completed along with verification of the correct part number. Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects within one year of the date of purchase may be eligible for warranty replacement, provided that they have been installed and used according to the requirements listed at www.spydertc.com
A part may be returned to Spyder Controls for warranty only if all conditions are met in the statement below (1-4):
(1) The part has failed due manufacturing defects within one year of the date of purchase
(2) The failed part has been requested to return to Spyder by a Spyder customer service technician.
(3) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is has been obtained from your Spyder customer service technician.
(4) The RMA number is clearly stated on the outside of all return’s packages.
By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge that if the returned part is deemed unrepairable, a core charge will be credited toward the purchase of a new replacement part and will serve as compensation for the damaged part. Once this credit or discount has been issued, the unrepairable part will become the property of Spyder Controls and may be disposed of or salvaged at Spyder Controls’ sole discretion.
