Please contact Firefly Integrations for repairs concerning units built by Entegra, Thor, Jayco, Winnebago.
By agreeing to Request a Repair terms, I acknowledge that if the returned part is deemed unrepairable, a core charge will be credited toward the purchase of a new replacement part and will serve as compensation for the damaged part. Once this credit or discount has been issued, the unrepairable part will become the property of Spyder Controls and may be disposed of or salvaged at Spyder Controls’ sole discretion.
